To ensure quality of our services and the stability of our platform, we need to perform an upgrade on our main database.

So, we want to make you aware that we have scheduled a maintenance with down time for the platform on Tuesday 22/11/2022 from 23h00 until 23h59 CEST.

During this maintenance window of 1 hour, the Flexmail platform and API will be inaccessible and email delivery will be paused. We advise not to schedule campaigns around that time. All operations around the platform, including delivery of scheduled emails, will resume immediately after the maintenance.
